He's asking that if he has a username list in a text file, is there a program that can take that list of usernames, and send PMs to them. And no, we don't but Bman can do it because he already has the codes for sending a single PM. If he doesn't get it done, I will.

If he has a list of users, and wants to send them all a pm. he can use an auto pmer, like mine in UG silver.
I didn't even know the stuff in UG Silver works...
Make one for UG bronze or public

Well Bman has done all the work on the Control panel, I was just thinking about adding some of the extra features...
I already have a pmer, I just need to get a new motherboard for my External HD...
I might work on adding booty grab stuff...
