1)Buy a FLP from a shop or get a guide once you reach the UG.
2)Get a 110mb. com account and upload the FLP on there.
3)Give the link to noobs. [cause nobody really falls for it anymore unless you have a good one]
4)Open up the text document for accounts, and hack.
5)Read and follow a guide on securing the account.

Look in the Gaia Trading section, or the User Created Stores.
If you don't really know and you don't have what it takes to make one..

FLP's are very very simple to make, thats why they are so popular.
They got spammed around, people found out and they started making them...
