I got my ex-boyfriend's pass and I'm planning on taking his gaia account but I don't know if I can do it without getting caught.

No, they don't keep track of gifting logs, or else many people would be banned already.. Change the username, Email, Password, turn all profile options OFF, wait 3 days - 2 weeks before making a move. Do not remove the friends, they will find out/message you about your username change (more than likely) and if you don't respond, they might report you to gaia, thinking someone may have gained access, without permission. Best thing to do is sell all items, and buy new more expensive items and spend all gold til there's NONE left.. Then gift it to a mule, wait another 3 days - 2 weeks before making a new move.. Waiting will not just secure the items, it will give you time to think in detail on how you'll do next time.. It's very helpful to wait and may even save your account from being banned, though there's no guarantee's on this.. There's ALWAYS a chance on getting banned, one way or another.

oh wow I wish you told me this earlier. I just deleted all the friends,put some on ignore even, changed everything(gender,email,username,pass,friends) I left one friend on the friend list hoping that may throw adam off if he gains back access.
I've done this before, but I haven't done it in over a year.

Change pass, and change email. Once that is done, change the username to something random. Once done, create a new account under the original name, and make the pass the same as his. He logs on, he sees the account is new and broke, what the hell. He reports, MONTH or more later they find out. Odds of him getting his shit back, next to zero.

Most of the time, Gaia will not let you change your username to a username already taken, or recently changed.. If there is a usernam*e similar, and he/she just got lucky, then you couldn't do it...
Oh wow. I forgot the username it's under. I just left the account without even thinking about it. But I'll be able to find it out. And I'll take everyone's advice. Thanks guys <3
