The server of the prompt was one of Gaia's password-protected testing servers. they accidentally left the link for the images instead of changing it to the live site.

Anyone who knows phishing (or basic computers) could've spotted that. but then again, most people just copy/paste the code to phish without understanding it.

4Chan has quality over quanity.
They rarely do hacking attempts or anything, but being a much bigger community with smarter and better coders and such when they do decide to waste some time on a site or something it is far superior than what we do.
