is it possible to connect a program to my gaia account that gives me 5k in cash automaticly and charge the $50.00 to my phone bill?

i just dont want to buy 700 cash until i get 5k cash
they changed to 10k to 30k and it says that im not allowed to buy 30k in cash but the 700 cash works?
