No, they dont, except for the SUPER rares (Aka - The angelic halo. And thats it.)
All the other letters are valued at 5k below the most expensive item contained.

Letters r mostly useless to hoard on. Cuz thir price is usually more than the price of the items u get from them.

Make that decision yourself. Learn to vend, and watch the marketplace trends.

The only type of letter hoarding you should do is those of the recent MCs. Open them later based on the price trends. Not worth it otherwise.
