Hello, I was just wondering if their was some sort of website or if anyone here might have screenshots of completed offers.

For example on the gamefly free trial offer or the netflix one if someone had a screenshot of them actually signing up and getting to the page that says thank you for signing up for the free trial then everyone could submit the screenshot after switching it to another photobucket account or whatever. Does anyone have any screenshots like these?

Not necessarily just any of those register for a free trial ones and to have the screen-shot of that so I can submit a ticket and get the cash for completing the offer. I don't care which one it is but preferably one of the higher end ones.

Try getting to UG Bronze status legitimately and maybe you'll find something.
