I would prefer the time frame to be fairly short (I've heard of 1-80 Caps being done in 13-17Days ?)....as for the cost it really doesn't matter as long as it seems fair for the work done in what amount of time

Just keep on them about the job being done on time , and note that the time parameters that are given by people (EX 1-80 in 15 days) is actually the amount of time that they spend playing the game , and while they will be signed in for a majority of the day almost every day that is possible , remember that the downtime for server maintenence will delay them, and they take about an hour or so after maintenence to sign back in , so if they say that it will take 14 days, expect it to take an extra day or two in change.
