I'm in the middle of the Virus quest when you have to inspect the water hydrants for clues. I have no clue what to do.
I clicked on them and such but no luck.

OHOHOH.

Did you go to the construction site going towards Perion? Eventually you'll start seeing hydrants. If you can't click them, hit them. I had a similar quest like this, had no clue what the hell to do with it; got pissed and started swinging. xD
