Work on body proportions.
The rest seems ok.
If you made the head smaller, positioned the wings in the right spot, and the body more real and not just stick stiff. Then it would look a lot better.

It still reminds me of my own style, just mine looks more realistic and in more proportion.
Work on the face and body proportion. It's really off, especially the hands.
