I like it um 8.5 is my vote :]
Maybe a better font would make the image better. but other than that I like it.
I rate it a 7.

7-8 you could have made it even better 
7.5 the most. The font really fucks it. Find a more suitable one and maybe try to reduce the opacity of those pattern lines. Try to play with the levels and contrast.

Simple render copy paste onto transperant layer. Ametuer, at best :/ No flow, right side looks empty, that curly wavey flower doesn't fit with the sharp angles of the background (not to mention i've seen it like a billion times on other pictures)
