Userbar Creator

I rebuilt and tweaked a friend of mine's Userbar Creator using his source code and would like to share it with you.
What is a userbar?
"A userbar is a small horozontal image used in message boards or other chat zones. They generally display something about the user, such as the one below. It symbolizes that user uses Windows 2000 as their OS."

Features:
♚Customizable Text (This was a given, only shows in Visitor BRK font)
♚Several preset styles.
♚Import images from your computer.
♚Alpha Masking (Doesn't quite work with any other format than .png)
♚Zoomed Window.
♚Mirroring.
♚Highlights.
♚Interlacing.
Etc.
Now you can make your very own userbars without hassling other members for one!
