most of these just look like you took a picture and pasted it onto another picture an added sparkly things. A huge number lack over-all flow. Color is good on most.

They look cool. Seems like that's all that matters.

Oh, I know it's not easy at all. But no matter what you did, the techniques you used, it doesn't change the fact that it's how they look to me. I've seen that sex drug dubstep picture before and with that one I can only see slight color change and you added text and the arrows. That's a particularly bad example. (as in that one looks really simple from what I can see) The one with Tim Burton's cheshire cat is another example. That one's also a little too dark.
That one would also be an example of this. The text on this one is fantastic though. Great job with that.
This is probably my favorite. Good flow, colors are great, the text blends in but is still readable. Great job. Overall you show real talent, but you do need to focus a little more on the design aspect. Work on flow and spatial balance. You're fine with everything else.
