Photography of my life.

I know I'm learning, I know I'm developing my skills, and I know I'm on a good path. If you want to give me an honest critique of my photography I'll take it to heart and build upon it.











I'm a professional roaming club photographer, it's just how I live my life. I'd love to collab with any members of the community involved in the EDM scene I have a lot of connections in several states, and know several of you from the past.

please please please get rid of that signature on the bottom left of the pictures or at least make it looks nicer.
that's my only critique since i don't know how to take photos, I just hate seeing a huge sig on the picture making it look bad

The first photo is awesome. The second photo, you really should had gotten closer to the crowd and away from the hipsters with the cell phone cams, or blurred those guys out. Taking photos of a crowd a couple of idiots holding up their phone makes the viewer think you are also snapping pics on your phone. (Even if you are using your phone, getting away from those people will definitely make the image feel more awesome and make the viewer feel that you are a professional entertainment photographer. ) The third photo is great, although I probably would had used a dodge tool on the blue at the bottom to make it show up a bit more, but not too much more. The forth photo just seems like a Facebook photo to me. The fifth photo is O.K. but I think it would had looked a lot better if you were a bit lower to the ground with a wider lens.

Thank you for this critique, I've been doing entertainment photography for the last few years, but only recently approached it from a professional aspect so I'm used to not giving fucks about what people thought of the appeal, but more-so the intricacy involved with the photos, using minimal gear. I'm constantly shooting with different cameras, as I'm not sure what I want to stick with, so I just borrow, or rent cameras for events. I prefer the way Nikon images appear for the club scene for some reason they have less issues with low-light processing. I'm thinking of getting the D7100, or D800, depending on the return of some current investments.

I'm working on it, I'm trying to find someone good at branding, it's not my specialty.

You're very welcome. Since you mainly shoot in clubs, I recommend the D800. It has more colour depth, better image quality, higher resolution. a larger sensor, a larger viewfinder, and the main reason it is best for you, low noise at high ISO.

Try blending in PhotoShop. ...Which is another awesome...and fast...guide I can write. Give me a few minutes.
