To me, the definition of art is expression through an action, whether that action be painting, composing or dancing.

There are many types of dance styles that I watch on @YakFilms on Youtube.

So what's your opinion on dance styles and if they are art or not?

I'd easily consider any style of expression an art.

Martial Arts
Sex
Dancing

Everything's basic until you put expression into it. Then it becomes art.

I love this answer.
I think Dance is one of the best styles of art and expression.

Pretty much anything can be art.

Many see that as a negative, but I much admire the lack of restriction it has and potential therein.
