If you look at her layers she's using the line tool in SAI instead of what I usually do.

Looks nice by the way, I hope to see the finish product.

Ya but still... it's got a.... i mean when i use the vector tool my lines all turn out blocky and the picture looks terrible...

Mostly likely you don't utilize the line tool's various options such as weight, pressure, etc.
