The first one : needs to be drop shadow instead of Outer glow. Also try to make the bg less grainy by messing around with the Contrast and levels...
Next One: Try to remove some of the white... And make the Bar code black with a outer glow...
Next one : Try to remove the white grainy-ness around the person. Remove the Red around the text or make it white and less opacity. Lower the opacity on the gradient...
Next : Pretty Grainy. Like the Text though.
Next : Drop shadow around text and same settings as the bar code above. Erase some of the white around the person.
Next : I would test some of the functions such as overlay on the guy... I would also lower the opacity of the Drop shadow...
Next : Try to remove more white again on the man, again. Also lower the opacity on the white set of #'s on the top.
Next : Change the color of the text and apply a blending option (Outer Glow/Drop Shadow...). Also erase around the body trying to make it less grainy...
These are just what I would do. I hear I am a pretty good Graphic artist. Just suggesting some stuff. They are pretty good overall, but I thought these things could make them better...
