Ratatat - Electric duo, unconventional guitar use.
I didn't even realize it was a guitar the first time I listened to it.

Gets a nice sound out of it, very weird, very electro.

Me either.

How is it hard to identify a guitar? They're just using effect pedals.

Define "normal" guitar music, because I can come up with TONS of bands that use effect pedals in ways "nobody really uses" them in.

Way to be vague. Off the top of my head, Muse uses a lot of effect pedals for their guitars.
I can't think of any else besides Melt-Banana right now because it's 2 in the goddamn morning, so whatever.
Don't be ignorant. Just because the music you don't listen to doesn't have any of those things doesn't mean it's never used.

This shit started when I stated that I couldn't tell it was a guitar.
I never stated that it was difficult for anyone else.
Therefore, you are retarded, i'm not being ignorant because it's based on the music I've heard, and you fail at reading cause I never said it wasn't ever used (Nobody really = not often, dumbshit. It's like when people say "Nobody really uses MySpace anymore.").

Not often is the same goddamn thing. You're making a statement that you're trying to pass off as fact when you don't have any idea what you're talking about... which stems from ignorance, a voluntary lack of knowledge. Like I said before, just because you don't listen to it doesn't mean it's not there.
