I don't think she sucks, actually your drawing is pretty good! ^^U
The only thing I would really comment on are the highlights in her hair if you look to her left. I would think her hair would be shaded a bit because her head is at an angle, but yeah, been gone awhile and I'm still a little dizzy so I could be seeing things. ><
All in all, excellent job! What program did you use?

It looks pretty nice for not drawing in a while. It's better than I can do anytime, even after pancakes.

Her hair seems to wave to the side as if it were laying on her chest, but it doesnt look like its really there... Idk how exactly to explain xD
Well bunny already commented on the hair part the other thing I would say is use more shading when it comes to the clothing and the face. Overall I really like this, the style reminds me of old school anime. ( Which I <3 )
@Bunneh!! - I used SAI, and I know. I never attempt fully coloring things right.

@CL0V3R- Yea, I never do detailed coloring seeing that I screw it up no matter what. My style is based off the old school anime.

Oh, I figured it out now...
The far left and far right strands of hair seem to lie on the outside of her shoulders, and the second left one follows that pattern... But it has no shoulder
