I just noticed the background.
Also, the chains are usually more 3d looking, but I had to add a layer style to make it blend.
Will re-post tomorrow with improvements.

think there should be more chains it looks to empty in my opinion.

I think it's really bare and boring. Try adding some more brushes or something?
