In this case you'd want to use white text with a hinted gradient map on it. You'd also want it more like a bold font in the bottom left area.

It's perfectly fine except for the font. I would have liked it more in the bottom left. Maybe a thicker white text, with the overlay or soft light layer thing on? Then change opacity from there.

Its a sac version of Ezio from Assassins Creed 2

I really like this one. But the text is kinda hard to read and just an outerglow on it makes it kinda dull. Maybe a larger/different font with different effects. Also the image is kinda dark.
