It seems a bit crowded around his head. Also I think it would be better at 100x100.

It may be close to 100 x 100 but its not 100 x 100. And the font on the avatar stands out to much, try making it blend in with the rest of it?

It is, I resized it with photoshop... Take a look... (It is 100 x 92 px) [100 x 92 = Closest you can get to 100 x 100 without ruining the aspect ratio]

I like how it pops out... D:
I guess I will make another version later...
