Bugs with Auction House/Lucky Dip.

There are some bugs with the auction house. I've disallowed people from posting new auctions. Me and Sk8er will fix the bugs and add some new features, re-releasing it in 24 hours.

There is also a huge bug in the Lucky Dip. You know why crackers don't work? If you log in with incorrect credentials enough time, it will lock you out of the system and require a captcha on the main page. Too many incorrect accounts were submitted and the system was locked out, and hence every account in the database was treated as not working (which would have given out a million (hyperbole, in case you didn't notice) strikes). I'm going to take the lucky dip offline and think up a solution. If anybody has an idea (beside the obvious proxy list) post in this thread?

Great the auction house will be back soon! As for the luckly dip, why not add accounts for other games? Like runescape, Gunz, solia, things like that? Or instead of the luckly deep giving you accounts, how about having it give out gaia gold / items?

As far as i know, pinball has no captcha, try logging the account into that first, check for an okay then sign it in through the main page?

EDIT: Nvm, the main page redirects pinball to a login.

zOMG!'s login has no captcha that i can see though.(attempted login on multiple acounts with wrong password)

Add a delay on the account checking, and do not have instant gratification of whether or not it went through. Check one account every minute or so, and send the results by PM when a set is completed.

just set a timer for each failed log in and gaia wont block us. every bad account we try to log in and fail set a timer before the program will try to log on gaia again. as long as the required time is met, gaia shouldnt block the ip.

Everything has bugs...But as for the login idea, I'm not sure. Try using the Gaia Online Mobile thing to verify accounts? I'm pretty sure you can't get locked out of that, but then again I haven't been on Gaia in awhile so don't take my word for it.

I would recommend a fine for every account that doesn't work, and people who don't have enough to pay the potential fine cannot try to donate accounts.
Example Fines
If you have <10k Fine is 1k per account rejected
10k-50k 5k fine

Everyone getting my plan?

Example:

Chowchig wants to donate 5 accounts. Your fine per account that does not work is like 1k LG. I have to have 5k LG to even try to donate them.
