Fix the User CP, My Profile, and Register Links in header
User CP and My Profile don't show up in the header for me, but they probably should or at least User CP. Register is there even when I am logged in. Happens in the latest firefox and chrome so I'm assuming its not just my browser.

Everything you mentioned is because they deleted all of the plugins and stuff.

The template mods are probably screwing it all up. That sucks.
