Fix E-mail password resets

Me and Thomas have tried 800 times to get it to send me an e-mail to reset my password, and it never does.

Plzfix.

Bump because it's a rather large issue that was ignored in favor of denying some fucktarded RPG or some shit.

Can't we just change your password for you?
That doesn't fix the larger issue but it puts Kain back in Kain.

Thomas said he can only try sending an e-mail, which is broken.

I'm pretty sure we can change passwords via modcp.

The reason it's not working is because, after looking through the server's mail logs, I noticed an abnormal amount of spam being sent from the server. Suspecting it was vBulletin, I disabled all outbound email on the website. I'll reset your password when I get home.

edit: The password has been reset.
