I believe one of the biggest reasons why people are not joining is because of the UG system. 3 levels is going separate the hacks quite a bit. What I am proposing is pretty much the way it used to be. 1 UG level, along with public hacks.

Problem: The host.
Solution: Offshore hosting
Problem: Patching
Solution: Nothing really gets patched.

That means that there is no separation for higher end hacks and higher end programs and tools. Maybe a single UG and then a VIP section that is for selected people and people that staff view as having earned it. But personally I like the multi-tiered UG. It allows for seperation and that is good.

You're also for forum activity. Public hacks would drastically increase the activity around here.

All the programs that programmers post are mostly in public and UGB so what does it matter we don't need 1 more except for Gold.

Public Hacks are encouraged. That is why there is a public section now in GO section. The UG is just for hacks that are higher quality and too (lack of better term) powerful for the public.

Yes, but people release what they have as soon as they get into UGB. Right now UGS has 1 working bot....

UGB is for hacks and programs right above the public hacks section attributed to every forum, or a forum that warrants it.
