Computer help/General advice forum
I have suggested this many times. And every time it gets shot down and a staff member says "If they need help they can just post in the junk yard." We clearly need a dedicated forum for computer help/ general advice that is outside of the junk yard. Every time somebody asks for help in the junk yard their post is met with similar responses "Delete system 32, press alt+F4, lrn2, buy a pc, etc" that are extremely unhelpful. Below I will post a few examples of what I am talking about, although I am sure everyone has noticed it.

Talk about the perfect suggestion thread. I think that a help section in programming would be an outstanding idea. However, if Alex would want to do that is entirely up to him.

But I support this idea.

I wasn't so much suggesting a sub-forum, but rather a forum dedicated to help and advice. And flop it in the logical lounge category. But that aside, I thank you for your support.

I cant support a whole section since most of those issues fall under programming. If it was solely computer issues...I would still only support a sub-section.

What about if we just had an Advice section. For serious things in real life, computers, games... Etc :)

In all the other sections it just creates spam and stuff.

I support Toms idea also.

Perhaps in the future we could implement a help forum, for many other things other than just computer help. But for now JY is fine, Once people work on getting more users on here, we'll work on getting this site to run nice and smoothe.
