I just joined a salesman job and i am a bad salesman . I could use some advice first of all i need to sell candy , chocalte , dominos stuff like that for 8 dollars each . I have a speech that i need to memorize it goes like . "Hello my name is [insert your name] . I am in a program called Jr. Careers and this program keeps teens off drugs , alcohol ,and gangs . I am currently raising money to go on a trip to [ insert name of place ] . could u please help me buy purchasing one or two of my items . " can anyone give me advice as what i should say instead of that stupid speech and also they do not let us except donations yet we do anyway . lol

Just be personable, don't make up a stupid sales paragraph, and wing it.
At least that's what I do/did when I sell things.

Hey my name is (insertname)!
I'm selling chocolates in order to help raise money to educate troubled teens for the (what ever the hell the program name is). Would you be willing to help me out by purchasing any number of the wonderful items I'm selling? It would be greatly appreciated and in doing you'd really be doing your part to help give those kids a better chance at life.

Then if they make excuses, just keep being pushy until they are pressured into buying from you. Or/If that doesn't work just thank them for their time and ask them if they come across anyone willing to help out those in need send them your way.
