That mask makes him strong as hell almost like goku skipping straight to super sayain four. then he can go bankai which is like super sayain two so its like super sayian six.

OK, this is not even gonna get off the ground. Cloud wins. Cloud fights Sephiroth, who in case you forgot is the most insanely evil bad ass who has all the powers of a god pretty much. You kill him he just comes right back out of the life stream, he has the power to destroy worlds, can move faster than any thing, is physically stronger than any one in the FF Universe, wields uber powerful magic beyond normal understanding, and wields Masamune( his sword is longer than a claymore, indestructible, and has a forces in it that draws things it hits inward).
Cloud has successfully fought Sephiroth a number of times and managed to drive him away, perhaps only in the respect of Sephiroth was like "I'm bored now" except for the first time. Also you should account for the fact Cloud can duel wield buster swords and jump crazy high with them and move and reacts at a speed that allows him to block Sephiroth's attacks. Cloud has must have an insane amount of strength and endurance. oN top of that Cloud doesn't need now stinkin' mask or mode to unlock his power. He has it accessible to him all the time.
