But you don't call a tadpole a frog, not until it is actually a frog. Lol
In any case abortion in the US is actually safer than child birth if you get it done within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. After that it has the same rate as birth.
Also most women don't have any mental anguish with getting an abortion unless they were pressured into it, or their family disapproves.

Not every child is wanted, and there isn't always some who can take a child in. There is a possibility later in life of an unwanted child in a household being abused. If it was unwanted the parents my be more inclined to taking out their frustrations on the child.
As far as killing people go, I think that's a bit subjective. As selfish as it is, I don't really care either way if the fetus is a living thing or not. It's in my body, living off me like a parasite, personally I find that fact digusting.
Oh and you don't go to jail for attempted suicide. You go to a hospital, trust me, I had to stay there all night with my roommate until they got him into an institution so he could receive psychological evaluation. As long as you weren't threatening to physically harm anyone while you were attempting you won't got to jail. Now if you're waving a gun around and threatening to shoot someone, they'd consider that reckless endangerment. Lol
Personally I think it's better to have never been born, than to have to go through life in an abusive situation. That is one of my own personal reason I'd never have a kid. Plus I know I wouldn't be able to take care of it adequately.
There is also no proof the fetus will grow up do any of these things.
Another reason I have is, I have extremely bad genetics that I would never want a child to have the misfortune of living with.
I hate my health problems enough, but I was lucky that a few of them skipped my generation. Though if I get birth there is a VERY high possibility that my child will have all my current health problems along with the ones that didn't have. If I ever wanted a child I'd adopt, but I doubt I'd ever want one.
It's understandable if you or someone else is pro life, but I don't think anyone should impose upon another person's choice when it comes to this.
