There was a hell of a lot of controversy over the college football star's commercial. First it was attacked on being pro-life and promoting a christian ideal. The networks even went so far as to attempt to censor the ad and not allow it to be shown. Which of course creates an uproar since doing so infringes on free speech and breaches the contract that had already been set up. Now that its aired you have feminist attacking it say it promotes and celibates violence against women. These same feminist have declared the E Trade commercial with the babies to be the sexualization and commodification of women and babies.

Here are links to the ads:
Tebow
Etrade

Do you find the Tebow ad controversial in its content? Especially in respect to whats on tv these days?

Do you feel that the E Trade commercial is controversial?

Do you think a network has the right to censor ad after selling a time slot to someone? (Of course the content must be with in the rules of what is and isn't allowed on tv)

Have the feminist moved themselves and their cause to a be a fringe movement?
