Hello everyone, This is Raivu and I want to get started by giving you some basic Japanese lessons to learn before I start teaching (and learning) the more advanced stuff. So lets get started.

CHAPTER 1: Introducing Yourself
Nice to meet you
ha/ji/me/ma/shi/te = Hajimemashite
は/じ/め/ま/し/て = はじめまして
I am [name] (verb @ the end of the sentence)
wa/ta/shi/wa[name]/de/su = [Watashi][wa[Raivu]][desu]
わ/た/し/わRaivuで/す
Pleasure to meet you
yo/ro/shi/ku/o/ne/ga/i/shi/ma/su = (yoroshiku) (onegai) (shimasu)
よ/ろ/し/く/お/ね/が/い/し/ま/す = よろしくおねがいします
**NEVER use in formal situation (wedding, school, business, etc.)
I am [name]
Raivu desu
Raivuです
Pleased to meet you
yoroshiku
よろしく

CHAPTER 2: Greetings
Hi
ko/n/ni/chi/wa = konnichiwa
こ/ん/に/ち/わ = こんにちわ
How are you?
ge/n/ki/de/su/ka = Genkidesuka
げ/ん/き/で/す/か。= げんきですか。
I'm fine
ge/n/ki/de/su = Genkidesu
げ/ん/き/で/す = げんきです
I'm so-so
ma/a/ma/a = maamaa
ま/あ/ま/あ = まあまあ
Not good at all
sa/i/a/ku = saiaku
さ/い/あ/く = さいあく
**Only use with Family and Friends**
person a. Genki? (how are you?)
________げんき。
person b. Genki (I am fine)

CHAPTER 3 - More Greetings
Goodmorning
o/ha/yo = ohayo
お/は/よ = おはよ
Goodmorning (Polite)
o/ha/yo/go/za/i/ma/su = ohayogozaimasu
お/は/よ/ご/ざ/い/ま/す = おはよございます
Goodevening (after sunset)
ko/n/ba/n/wa = konbanwa
こ/ん/ば/ん/わ = こんばんわ
Goodnight, Before bed, Please go to bed
o/ya/su/mi/na/sa/i = oyasuminasai
お/や/す/め/な/さ/い = おやすみなさい
**ONLY SAY TO FRIENDS/FAMILY**
oyasumi (means the same thing as goodnight)

a/ri/ga/to/u/go/za/i/ma/su = arigatou(basic) gozaimasu(polite addon)
あ/り/が/と/う/ご/ざ/い/ま/す = ありがとうございます
Excuse me
su/mi/ma/se/n = sumimasen
す/み/ま/せ/ん = すみません
I'm Sorry
go/me/n/na/sa/i = gomennasai
ご/め/ん/な/さ/い = ごめんなさい

Thanks for the Meal (always say BEFORE you eat)
i/ta/da/ki/ma/su = Itadakimasu
い/た/だ/き/ま/す = いただきます
Thanks for the Food (always say AFTER you eat)
go/chi/so/sa/ma = Gochisosama
ご/ち/そ/さ/ま = ごちそさま
It's Delicious
o/i/shi/i = Oishii
お/い/し/い = おいしい

Learning japanese is hard. I started last week.
I only know how to type in Romaji, sooo hard to type in Kanji, I can't remember anything. v.v

Great job on making these lessons. When I have free time I usually search on the internet for free japanese lessons, but they usually are like ''Try it now 10 days free trial'' or something like that. Can't wait for your next lesson
