a computer BUT y not both? a PS3 as the computer tower with Linux installed on it, 32 ps3s are being used right now by the government to track down child pornography users. military are testing them as missle guiding systems......

Computer. I can emulate consoles on it, and then some.

Computers have a lot more to do so I have to vote for computers...
The other side it consoles rock, you don't get viruses, no/little DL's and there is little in game lag...
+1 to computer for me Domo...

Computer > Console. Games are nice but I can play them on here just as easily. Plus comp software/hardware is much easier to upgrade than consoles.

I'd much rather waste my time on the computer, because though i spend a lot of time on mindless sites like this and the 'G' word, i also do a lot of research, and learn a lot.

Console. Just because I don't have to do mandatory installs all the time and I don't have to spend time looking for workarounds on game compatibility issues (hello Vista).

I just put virtual box on my computer, so as long as I have the bootup discs, (I just use downloaded ISOs) of windows or whatever system I want thats ever existed, I can emulate my own virtual computer, set the amount of space on the harddrive, memory, etc. and I can do WHATEVER I want to it. Even get viruses on it from online, and it WILL NOT effect my actual computer. And my virtual PC runs like an ACTUAL PC. With windows login, saving everything, etc.

Definitely PC. If you can browse the web while playing warcraft or call of duty, you can do ANYTHING!
Plus, I can't imagine playing fps with an analog stick.

I'm actually torn..
I spend the most time on the computer but I prefer my PS3, mainly because of TES: IV and Tekken 6.Who's bad?
