Maybe you should look up memetics and how it works. You don't create memes. They create themselves. Literally. People don't sit down and wonder what would make a good meme. People do things that people do, then other people do them too. For srs. Like topics being spammed in the Junkyard where the topic title is someone's name. It happens fifty times a fucking a day, making it a meme. It just happened. Nobody wanted it to.
