Yeah Pokemon is pretty sweet, though the newer generations are beginning to really suck.
Like Torian said though The new Silver and Gold look awesome and they can't screw it up because it's just remaking an old game.

They've also added in Suicine's sidestory bit from Crystal version so you'll be able to catch him in both versions. Ferk yeah!

I've always loved Pokemon. I think it was like 1996 when it came out, and I've watched it since then. XD I collect the cards too.

I bet you my first ex does. She literally had like...6 big binders full of em. Separated into pokemon number and then a 7th and 8th binder full of holos and rares/event cards xD

i used to be obssed with pokemon. I had the cards and i knew every pokemon. I had a pokemon account at TPPC and pokemon crater but i quit cus i got into Full metal alchemist

I was completely obsessed when I was in elementary school, pokemon cards and ALL of the pokemon games (even the trading card game for the gbc :p)
Now I just play the games for the DS since I gave away all of my other pokemon games. (GB, GBC, N64, Gamecube all of the games for those)

edit: I still have like 200 pokemon cards of 2000-2006 so I'll sell those once I reach Senior year in high school or college to get more out of them )

Talking about Pokemon cards, one night, my dad brought home a whole box of the card packs. The ones with like 7 cards in them, and we opened them up all night, and I felt so awesome, I had so many doubles, and so many rares. x3
I will always love Pokemon, but, I have a feeling they are going to run out of Ideas soon.
They just re-did Gold and Silver version, HeartGold and SoulSilver.

what do you mean going to run out of ideas they did when ruby and sapphire came out, it was horrible than they made a come back after making diamond and pearl. Now we're just seeing remakes again one of the reasons though is understandable mainly because some people cant get the silver and gold pokemon with out heart gold and soul silver because silver and gold cant be traded over to diamond and pearl. Just to remind you it did take a couple years for a "new" pokemon game to come out after ruby and sapphire. I am not including all those other ones such as the remakes mainly because its the same idea just remade. So minus well wait another 3-4 years till you see another good pokemon game.

I started playing pokemon in GBA when i was 7 or even younger, i mastered the game and still playing the newest ones.

Pokemon came out in late '04 early '05. I was instantly hooked and have been since then. I do still ask myself though, "wtf is a chimchar?"

I'm a loyal fan of the first 3 gens. The very first one to be super specific. Everything after that I stopped paying attention to and pretend never happened...

When i get my DSi im running out and buying every pokemans game that goes into it, i haven't had a game boy since the first gen gameboy advance. Like the long skinny ones.

you should just buy platinum if you need some pokemans ill just trade you for what ever you need once I clear the game shouldnt take too long
