This is basically the start of showing our future employment woman are more commonly to be nurses, working at desks, taking care of children.
Men are more likely to be construction workers, engineer's, railroad workers.
This creates an inequality in the work place showing lower percentages for either sex to try and get a job in the field than they want.
For example, men who work as nurses typically when you grow up in school they say only woman work as nurses. They probably feel many social pressures and find it hard to maintain there masculinity while working as a nurse.
