Just skimmed over it but it looks.... Odd. It looks like a mixture of Dreamweaver and InDesign or Dreamweaver and Illustrator Why can't people just go out and learn to code? -.-

I'm a bit on the fence with this one, on the one side I'm annoyed at it because it means just about anyone can get into the business without any training or skill which obviously means it would be harder for everyone else. However I do sort of like the idea of new people that have always wanted to get into web design but didn't know where to start or people who need a bit of a cushion to get to try it out then obviously if they like what they see they could start to pick up syntax and rely less and less on muse.
I suppose after a while people will be able to spot these muse made sites a mile off and credit site designers accordingly for there efforts or little there of.
