New wave of violence as unrest spread outside London - Channel 4 News
Very worrying as I was supposed to go to Birmingham this week. All travelling services are cancelled in London and Birmingham.

It's a damn shame people can't show their protest in a civil manner.

It was a peaceful protest started in Tottenham (in London) but all these trouble-makers get involved, making worse of the situation and starting fires, which spreads to England's main cities which because of inspiration, to make most of all these riots.
I've just seen the news, my favourite city Birmingham is in ruins, scattered with armoured police units. It makes me really upset that this country hasn't got any respect for themselves anymore.

Thats the one thing I'm glad america doesn't have. The riots. Ye we got protests, but we don't got fucking riots that really fuck up things. I mean I know we've had some, but in my time, I haven't seen one on the news. Yet I've seen several ones in England. I read the news of riots a few days ago, just a crying shame.

Yes but it's also being bult up because we have a corrupt government, with the spending cuts being a bit too harsh on us, and spending OUR money on their own personal thigns angers us. Everyone is angry here, some people are showing it by setting things on fie etcetera. It's vastly spreading and it's worrying me a lot

Thats kinda how it is over here almost.
Casey Anthony thing I was shocked didn't spur a riot because the verdict was non-guilty when it should've been guilty..
Now the debt default. However I believe Obama did a great job at fighting for us. He's really trying to help us little guys, and trying to get the rich to pay what they owe for once. Course fucking republicans. Best stop there before I end up hijacking this thread with a rage against the idiocy of governments.

I'd be rioting if I were in London or where ever they're at now. I'd be trying to organize too, at least to do press releases and make demands if it didn't look like it was turning into a revolution. it need to go to revolution, its the only way any thing is going to get fixed. Its about time our/my generation to the last few we aren't going to sit around and be screwed over so the old men can make a few bucks while they destroy our countries and futures. The only way the corrupt people in power will give up power is if we take it from them. But no we just sit and accept the status quo. People died for America and England to be what they were 20, 50, 100 years ago. We watch that dream die and shrug our shoulder and shake our heads while people in other countries wake up and see what we stood for and have but squander and waste and they take action to get those things for themselves. The whole world over thinks the West is a spoiled lazy child and I'm inclined to agree.
Really? Cassey Anthony a riot? Fuck I'd have given up on America. That trial was ridiculous. Your opinion, the peoples' opinion, none of that matters. The anger over that trial was anger from idiots that don't know how the legal system works and fail to be able to understand why its good that she walked. No evidence means you can't convict her and thank god for that.
Obama is doing shit for any one. "The rich they should pay for stuff and I shouldn't"; Do you know who asinine that is? Heck I might even be ok with that if we taxed the rich but no, we tax the middle class because of some number Obama pulled out of his ass. All the while people stick to party lines and like to act like its one side that is the problem. Democrats are just as rich as Republicans and that aren't out to help any one. No one in a public office is a good person. The corporations own them, that's how you get elected in America. Obama taxes the middle class and calls them wealthy because he won't tax the millionaires and billionaires that put him in office. He isn't helping the little man, he's screwing him, righteously. More small businesses have closed under him that in the last decade and he hasn't helped anyone on that is getting aid from the government, he's only agreed to a plan that will cut that aid. I don't know why any one ever had faith in him. It was obvious he could never do what he said and now he hasn't. The only thing he has done is health care and that's only because no one read that.

Its fucking retarded how it started out about a guy getting shot by the police. The guy that got shot also had a gun so the police man was just doing his job. I also don't think this riot is about the guy anymore because they are looting stores and killing others. They are animals and they are using the guy that got killed as an excuse to just loot stores and attack the police.
