The ability to run Windows 7 or Android is just amazing... but if you're going for reading ebooks, really? Do yourself a favor and just get an Amazon Kindle.
The Windows 7 tablet looks awesome, though. Call me a fanboy, but I'd much rather run Illustrator or Photoshop on a tablet with Windows running on it.

Anyhow, both seem pretty good, though I wish the price of the Windows ePad was cheaper...
