So, I'm an insomniac.
Which basically means, I can;t sleep when I want to.
Unless I'm forced to get up for something, like school, on a regular schedule, my sleep schedule usually falls into about 6 am to 3 pm.
Also, to fall asleep, I have to have one hand under my pillow, and be facing the right.
How about you guys?
What's your sleep schedule?
Any weird sleeping habits?

that seems like more ocd behavior then insomnia; especially since you have to have a ritual with your hand under your pillow and facing a certain way.

oic.
Yeah, I have a hard time sleeping at night, but its probably due to the fact I drink coffee late at night.
I also get panic attacks/anxiety which causes me to stay awake at times. Once again Coffee probably doesn't help this much either.
But if I don't get daily caffeine I suffer from Migraines, my body just loves me.

I have to fold my pillow before I can get to sleep, and be facing the wall, which is to my left.

When I'm drunk/High I pretty much do a face plant into my pillow/floor/couch anywhere I fall down and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed other then my neck being stiff.

I usually sleep on my side, all the way on the edge of the bed, like about to fall off.

When I sleep I have to sleep either facing the most open area of the room, or on my back. I don't move when I sleep. I need to do it because if I sleep facing a wall or face down, then I get nightmares. It happens every time. When I sleep on my back I have good dreams, and when I sleep on my side facing the open area, I don't dream at all.
But I can generally sleep anywhere, and I loooove to sleep as much as I can.☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

I sleep with my arm covering my left eye. I don't know why, but I do.

Unlike most of you I don't have some sort of weird ritual. I get comfortable, close my eyes and fall asleep.

I have to get comfortable to fall asleep. That normally means arranging the pillows in a pile, laying on my side, and throwing my leg over bunched up covers or another pillow. No lights, must be pitch black; and must be 100% silent. The tiniest of noises can keep me awake all night long. Which is why as soon as someone wakes up in my house it means no more sleep for me.
I'm a light sleeper, and I sometimes get insomnia. It sucks x_x
I listen for the whisper of your sweet insanity.
While I formulate denial of your effect on me.

Light bothers me. I have to have darkness...silence or music is preferred but not necessary. I can sleep on any thing. I tend to sprawl out or curl up, unless I'm with someone then I do what I can to make her comfortable.
I sleep for at least 9 hours, I won't willingly get out of bed before that. Even if you wake me up. I'm also a heavy sleeper, noise doesn't wake me often.
Temperature is my biggest thing. I like a good comfortable temperature, but I can get over it. I've done a lot of camping so sleeping on the ground under nothing or in something I built.

The way you are sleeping is not right and i want to suggest you to be active when you are going to school.

I, like a lot of you, have to have my hand under my pillow.
Also when I got to sleep I may have 3 pillows around me and a Blanket over me, but when I wake up everything (including the bedding) is on the ground. I guess that means I move a lot in my sleep. Anyone ever want to tape themselves when they are asleep to see what they are doing?
