Well guys, today I havn't taken my pills, and it feels great
Today I have to say, was probably the best day I have had in a long long time, I dont feel down, I dont feel icky its just been overall perfect. I can think clearly, I'm me again.
I'm myself
if your wondering, the pills are for ADHD, I was diagnosed 5 years and 16 days ago. And I think I have finally overcome the problem. I remember just a year ago when I didnt take my pills, I would be jittery, and hyper, and whatnot. Now im just mellow.
Do you guys think I should try another day without them? Or maybe today was a lucky day?
When im on the pills, strangely, I have no energy to do anything, and since I have been on them, for 5 years, Ive been lazy, tired easy, I pay attention but dont take notes. Today I was ontop of the game.
Another key thing is,since I started on these pills, I have gained over 100 pounds, but im slowly loosing it... Just a side effect, fast weight gain.
In about a week, when my cousin stopped taking his, he dropped 5 pounds.
Oppinions?

I'd say get off them for now and try it out for a bit. I use to take a pill called concerta, it made me feel the same way. Anyways I'd suggest just stopping for now.

"Diagnosed" like it's cancer. I think you never should have started taking the pills. You probably got over it with puberty. Go a few more days off the pill, if the ADHD continues, get back on.

No problem chief! I think you kind just grow out of ADHD/ADD then again I heard it was sort of a bullshit diagnosis anyways since most kids can't pay attention and are jittery at young ages. I know mine improved as I got older at least. It was the best idea for me to get off those pills. Blah. Your personality will change, or at least others will see it changed. When I first started my meds all my friends said I acted really different. Then I got off them and was myself again. Lol so you're probably right about everyone just not seeing you for you. =3
Anyways I wish you the best of luck with out them. C:

Yea, This is probably true, they have been fucking me up (the pills) for about 3 years now, ever since puberty started. This is Day 2 off the pill, and I feel normal again
Thanks Clover, everything is going good so far
Maybe finally that girl I like will notice me (:
Nope, he doesnt have a sweet clue im stopping, but long ago he said I have improved a tremendous amount, and I can stop whenever wanted.Shh, I'm watching My little pony.

Off topic: Alright, I barely ever log on though! X3
On topic: I can understand that, for me it was more like. I don't know I just felt off and it just made me really dislike, well everything. o_O
It's good that you seem to be doing well with out it, besides they also say you can change your diet to help with concentration. (My mom use to make it so I was only aloud one piece of candy a week, it sucked! Lol) I don't think medicine that messes with your mental state of mind a really good for people under the age of 18 unless they're like super needed. Haha I remember when I got off it took me a few days to adjust back but I actually felt like I could have fun again. My friend Jamie just got off the same pill I was on years ago and she's doing much better now. She said it makes her calmer now that she's off it.
All hail kitty pig.
