30 days ALC/ISS

Okay this school year I got caught with what was said to be a dime of marijuana.
I got suspended for 10 days,
and had 30 days ALC, which is being in a room every school day and don't leave and don't talk.
I got pulled out of school by my mother due to the fact my mom would have to drive me to school everyday, because I can't ride the bus.
So anyways, next year I am going back.
Will I still have to serve the ALC at the begining of the year?
I got signed out completely of the school.

If you got signed out completly doesnt that mean expulsion? 0.o Either way I'm sorry to say it but Its your own fault for bringing that crap into school, and the punisment fits the crime.

Oh man that sucks... it would depend on the school administration whether or not they will make you serve the ALC prior going back to school you know to see whether you'll be a threat or not...I think it varies from state to state.

They make people serve it the next year here. It's suppose to be on your file, but as fluxo says go to another school. They may not care as much if you still have to do that time.
