Most likely natural selection at work.
This isn't a "new" species per-say, it's most likely very old.
The nose was probably used a long-long-long-long time ago, and has become a vestigial structure (organs, or appendages that are no longer needed due to natural selection)
This frog is now most likely evolving into a modernized frog, due to the fact that their inflating nose is no longer used for what it was used for :/
Probably gonna be a regular old froggy in a few hundred years.
