I really really love Nujabes and his whole style. If you want something to sleep to, chill to, work to, and hell do ANYTHING to, he could do it. He's very popular in Japan and has his own record store.
For you anime fans, you might have heard him in Samurai Champloo (he did beats, along with Minmi)
