So, do you guys believe this law is going to encourage racial profiling?
I personally believe that this law will increase racial profiling on Hispanics. I mean just because my skin color is more tan than white people it means that they can ask for legal documents on whether I live here legally or not, and if I don't happen to be carrying them I could be placed in jail?

Now who's racial profiling? "The white people are doing this to me and my people." No a group of law makers of various ethnic groups have made these laws. Second since Arizonian is on the board pretty much and faces having tons of illegal immigrants at least pass threw it the law can be highly effective in catching them and lessening the number making it in. No one is profiling you simply based on the color of you skin any way, illegal immigrants tend show up in the US with little to no money and many don't speak English and there is a behavior pattern. That is what is being profiled.

Tell me Coffin, if you were an officer, and there were 2 people in front of you one dark skinned the other white, Truthfully tell me which one you would suspect of being an illegal immigrant.

That's because most white people aren't illegal immigrants. Call it racial profiling or what have you but it's true. Most "white people" don't come from Mexico illegally. What's so hard about being asked for some form of ID? Besides if you're living her legally then, hurray nrries. You don't need paper work, you have a us ID card. (Which might I add cops ask you for if you're just out and about.) If you're not legal then, got apply for citizenship or GTFO. I normally wouldn't be one to really care, but lately a lot of illegals have been bringing more guns, drugs, and other shit into az. Which pisses me off, people are getting killed just for living near the border. :/ So I can understand why they are doing this.
I b4 being called racist
All hail kitty pig.

They want to make that law over here where I live.
I think it sucks because many of my family members are hispanic.
I don't know if they have documentations or not..
Also, I think this could become a racial profile.
Soon to become effective in most places. You'll see.

I personally believe that this law will increase racial profiling on Hispanics. but im not racist but i think its a good law but if we close up the Mexican, American border we need to close up all of our borders because our economy is so shity i think we need to do this and also crack down on illegal immigrants. but I AM NOT RACIST

A large percentage of Americas produce comes for Arizona during the winter, I'd like to see how that helps the economy.
Also for the people who still think Mexicans are taking away "good" Americans jobs, and not letting you have any, then why did only 3 people go through with this?
Is it because they are to proud trk in a field? I personally believe people are bsing about not finding work. If someone really wanted a job they'd get it, but if want to be a lazy ass, then you won't get anything. Heck, the nursery where my dad works has been looking for workers for about 5 months now. Even with our towns 10% unemployment rate no one has applied.
