I was in detention a few times in high school on bogus charges that this teacher would come up with, stupid bitch.

College detention? What you pissed the professor off and they asked you to stay after? You know you can just leave and they can do shit, right? If they manipulate your grade and you report it they get the boot and you get credit for the class.

in Britain, high school is called college and college/university is called uni (:
