It's dumb because they don't need 10 BILLION dollars. How much did U.S. donate alone? I mean Jesus Christ, it's not like throwing money at a tornado is going to make it go away. They need SUPPORT doing shit, more than money. I mean sure, helping them out is fine, but TEN BILLION DOLLARS?!

Personally I think it's stupid in the sense that'd we've already given them money to help themselves prior to this and they wasted it. Besides we don't need to be spending anymore moneys. D:
