Mods are promoted based on the other mods and admins' opinions and choice.
We do need more. Its too bad we lost Boo as one, I mean yes there was jy ban but at least he'd be all over stuff.

Mods are put in place to control the problems and keep membesr in check of their assigned areas and the site in general. And Alex has said to me that once there is need to appoint staff, more of it at least, he will, but since there isnt a lot of activity, there really is no need for a lot of staff like there used to be.
