But Xbox is pretty good too. PS, in my opinion, is meh.

I would go for xbox 360.
Its good for: The games they have, and all the features its has such as xbox live party, arcade games from way back when, zune features, Movies. And the new things they are making for it. Such as Project Natal (which will be badass)
Its bad for: You have to pay for Xbox live and you have to pay for some of the games addon and what not, But it is all worth it IMO
Which is better: I think is Xbox 360 is way better then any of the consoles out there right now.
Why do you think so: Great graphic, easy way to make friends, can do more things then any of the consoles have to offer. Just a better system all around.

i though of wii, but when i saw some of the games i got pretty bored BUT there is NFS Nitro which is for Wii only i think

Its good foreing a beast machine. It has far more power than any other system. The games have been lacking but its been a turn around lately. Better games are coming out and they are securing games like MAG and GoW3. The online is free. An in the long run the PS3 is going to kick the ass. Also on the game issue all the major xbox hits are being put out on the ps3 any way. The only thing that is exclusive at this point is Halo.

Why do you think so: Its a power house with the ability to out last the others. The next xbox that comes out will still be competing with the PS3. MAG marks the difference in power. The xbox simply can't handle that much information while the PS3 can. The blueray format allows for the PS3 games to be longer and more detailed and we're only just now starting to tap that.

360 is not a bad system. I have one. It was the best choice when the systems came out. The PS3 was overpriced and halo 3 was flashy. But now there is a real difference the PS3 has made up the ground and is pushing for a pass and it will. The xbox also does in the end cost more if you're going to use live. In two years you've payed at least $100.

Its good for? - Everything heres a list 1. Free Online 2 Blu-ray player 3 No game has even come close to its full power yet and games like killzone 2 and uncharted are only using like 50% or less of its power and when new engines come out they will look even better 4 their exclusives last longer then 360 and wii games 5 it has wifi if you get a elite you gotta pay $100 for the wireless or buy a big ass cable so think about pricing 6 PS3 has the best games out if you look at exclusives for each console

Its bad for? - people say that 360 and ps3 games look the same because when the company makes the game on pc they then format it to PS3 and 360 format and if you look very closely you can see differences on the consoles when you play multiply platform games other then that i haven't seen anything really bad from it

PS3 took a long time to build to reach the next step in gaming when microsoft heard sony was making the PS3 they threw it all together and launched it and when that happened tons of errors happened red ring of death you name it Sony took its time on this console and made sure its the next gen console which is why they have the blu ray player in it now cause sony took its time to make the next gen console also microsoft is stealing peoples ideas Project Natal looks exactly like wii but suppose to be more realistic and no controller or something RIP OFF AND THEFT wii and ps3 are original game design companys microsoft is just being the bully of them and stealing their shit and thunder and get more richer and like i said from the top other posts this is the top of the line machine i've never had a problem on mine and my tv is high def and the picture looks amazing on their games especially MG4, Killzone 2, GoW 3, Uncharted and now they are making tons more exclusives for it aswell

Lol how's shit xbox treatin ya it seems like it sucks (: ps3 is always going to be free online they never said they were going to make us pay for it. They were talking about other options for movies and music and shit.

Personally I pick ps3, after 3+ years having a xbox 360 and always thinking the xbox rapes the ps3 in everything. I truely was wrong personally everyone who says ps3 sucks just never played it long enough like I didn't.

A couple months ago after meeting one of my good buddies Now, I would go to his house and play his ps3 which at first I thought it was crap and after awhile I got to like it alot more than xbox. Mostly becuase the controls are more cleaner and the ps3 has a dam wireless card so u don't have to pay 100$ for it on ps3.

But currently I cut my xbox sub about 6 months ago after getting a ps3 which in loving it, playing mag and cod4 and also ffxii or w.e
