Statistically speaking you would have to pile people side by side the entirety of the state and possible have some major piggy-back action going on.

Population isnt relative to abortion rates, and has nothing to do with it. It is about choice and debating if it is morally right to have an abortion, not about population because population doesnt play a part in the concept of abortion at all. that point is overwhelmingly obvious.
